WeChat Pay HK Study Abroad Payment Procedure
Step 1: Log in to your account
1、First, click on [Enter the school name]
2、Select the country your phone number is registered in and enter your phone number, then click on [Next]
3、Enter the 6-digit SMS verification code and click on [Next] to complete account login.
Step 2: Search for the payment school or add a payment school
1、First, click on [Enter the school name]
2、Select the market where the payment school is located or search for the school's name. If the payment school is not found, you can choose the "Add a school name" button
3、Submit your payment proof (admission notice/payment bill/enrollment certificate). Your school information will be reviewed within 1-3 business days. Once approved, you can add a payment account
Step 3: Select your payment account or add a payment account
1、Locate the school you need to make a payment to and click on the school.
2、Choose an existing school receiving account or add a new receiving account.
Note:

Selecting an existing school receiving account: Click the eye icon next to the account to view the complete school receiving account. Please carefully verify that the account information matches the school's receiving account information on the payment slip.

Adding a new receiving account: Fill in the correct receiving account information according to the school's receiving account details provided on the payment slip
3、Upload the payment proof (admission notice/payment bill/enrollment certificate), and after submission, you can begin the payment process
Step 4: Complete the remitter's account verification
1、Click on [Next], select the type of Hong Kong identity card for account verification, and take a photo of the original Hong Kong identity card of the remitter (copies/photos/screenshotted documents are not accepted).
2、Confirm whether the remitter's personal information is correct, complete the address, email address (optional), place of birth, occupation, and source of income information, then click on [Next] and wait for the account verification to be successful before you can start making payments.
Step 5: Create a payment order and make a payment
1、Enter the amount to be paid and click on [Next]
2、Confirm the remittance order information, select the relationship between the paying student and the remitter, and fill in the remittance remarks (it is recommended to use the remarks provided by the school, or detailed information about the student such as: TUITIONOFLIDONG, STUDENTNUMBER:123)
3、Click on [Pay Now] to select the payment method, and transfer the funds to the receiving account via the remitter's account using FPSID:0154674 (note that it is necessary to include transfer remarks; failure to do so may affect the payment progress).
4、After the payment is successful, you can click on the order details to track the payment progress. If you have any questions, you can click on the customer service entry to scan the code and add a dedicated customer service consultant for inquiries about the payment order
5、After the payment is successful, you can contact the dedicated customer service to obtain the payment proof
Precautions:
- Ensure that all information is accurate and correct to avoid affecting the payment progress
- When transferring funds, be sure to include the correct remarks to avoid affecting the payment confirmation
